In 1973, James Westwater created and then pioneered the art form of photochoreography. He is now retired from having performed his concert pieces with nearly 200 symphony and chamber orchestras. This web site offers a look at Dr. Westwater’s 40+ year career and includes a list of his orchestral engagements in America, Europe, Asia, Canada and Mexico. The site also contains reviews of his concerts, his repertoire of concert pieces and a link to his web site, Westwater.us. The latter contains multiple web-galleries of over 100 of his photographic images — now focused mainly on the resplendent natural beauty of the Southwest.
